jomcuci operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending satisfactory verification.
All transactions on jomcuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where applicable, cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

jomcuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jomcuci account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jomcuci's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
jomcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach, jomcuci may, at its discretion, withhold any balance attributable to bonus activity or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the verified payment method on file following investigation.
You may close your jomcuci account at any time by contacting live chat support. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
